I don't take it personally, but in the PNW this has been the summer that wasn't. and my attempt at a garden has been pretty mediocre due to the total lack of sunny days. In spite of all that, I have seen some growth there in the back and may actually get some green beans before snow starts to fall.
Oh, I know this problem too well...
ReplyDeleteI hope your garden will thrive soon!
Good luck with your green thumb
ReplyDeleteWe need more sunny days!
ReplyDeleteAt least you've gotten some sprouts!
ReplyDeleteI've had the opposite problem, my garden is always in danger of drying out.
ReplyDeleteUnlucky with your garden, maybe you'll have to wait until next year =(
ReplyDeleteMaybe we'll have better luck with the weather then!
Rough luck. Green beans are my fave though, hopefully you can grow some!
ReplyDeleteDon't blame yourself. I have three potted plants, and all of them are dying.
ReplyDeleteDid i mention that they are POTTED PLANTS?
...You're doing very well in comparison.
aw...that sucks. my garden is doing ok...of course i live in Arkansas, where things just grow like crazy.
ReplyDeleteGood luck, I hope you get some green beans. I've got a garden in my bathroom. Drug dealer style.
ReplyDeleteI'm not kidding... I used the same technology marijuana growers use, and it works wonders. I was sick of my plants dying in the winter so I got some LED grow lights, hung them in a spare bathroom that no one uses (there's no tub and I removed the toilet so it just looks like a regular, half sized room) and it supports 12 full sized pots -- I've got tomatoes, jalapenos, bell peppers, pumpkins, japanese eggplant, strawberries, and I'm starting a grape vine. Love my little indoor garden.
good luck! try giving them some artificial light!
ReplyDeleteword is so dry this year. damn haarp
ReplyDeleteboy named sue
Better than me anyway, I suck at gardening...
ReplyDeleteI tried growing a garden once. Didn't come out too well :(
ReplyDeleteMy garden suffers from too much sun & not enough water. If only there was a way to swap this out to create a balance...
