That is some serious soup
So I've had this link saved away for a little bit, and given that it decided to be winter here in the PNW, I thought soup would be an excellent addition to my life. I decided to make Karfiolleves or Paprika spiced cauliflower soup.
It was tasty and a little buttery, but pretty nice way to spend the snowpocalypse.
I haven't cooked much with paprika but I think I should more often.

ReplyDeleteI'd eat it. I miss the "homemade" industrial gallon soups a little old Korean lady used to whip up. Was real nice to walk half a block through a blizzard where to her house where she would sell out the front. She had a hot and sour that would make you sweat from one spoonfull. Bout one of the few things I miss about college was that place.
